However, the land that their winery and estate vineyards are on has been making wine for over a thousand years. Today it's run by Andrea and Cesare Cecchi, and they pride themselves on their practice of sustainability.

The color of the wine is a light golden yellow. There's aromas of chives, yellow pear, and apple sauce. It's light in body weight but its oily mouthfeel makes it seem bigger than it really is. There's a ton of green apple on the palate, with yellow pear and a squirt of lime in the background. It finishes with a flash of apple that disappears quickly, leaving your mouth alone with acidity begging you to drink more.
